However, downloading to or using this GHG Tool on your computer is done at your own risk and with your consent that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the downloading or use of this tool and associated manual.

Unless stated or approved otherwise, the tool and manual may not be modified or altered in any way. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices. Should you display any images or content originating from the tool or manual they should be attributed to the LAKs Project Team including ICLEI, unless otherwise stated.

This tool and manual could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. While every effort has been made to provide accurate and comparable data, the LAKs Project Team including ICLEI can accept no liability whatsoever for any error, omission, statement or assertion contained in the tool or manual. Should errors be reported, we will endeavour to correct them.

 

Data Protection

The LAKs Project Team including ICLEI is committed to ensuring the privacy of data from local governments and for personal contact information. Data from local governments is not released without specific approval of the local governments involved. All contact data is protected.
